Top 3 Online Business investments trending amongst potential clients right now

A while back I embarked on some ‘depth’ interviews with established and successful business owners.

In these interviews I wanted to learn more about what compelled them to invest, what tools they valued and lots more (I’m sure there’ll be a follow up email to catch you up)

Here’s what I found out….

None of the business owners I interviewed said they are not willing to invest. Nobody. Yet there is currently a narrative in the online space that “nobody is investing” — it’s simply not true. They are just investing differently.

So what are they investing in?

Knowledge Gap

Everyone of those I interviewed said they will always invest in a new skill or knowledge they either are interested and driven to learn or something that they need to learn to elevate themselves, their business or the success of their clients.

This could look like investing in learning more tangible skills like messaging and marketing or more therapeutic skills like somatics and breathwork.

Their energy

Believe me when I say, the business owners who are growing and are here for the long term are invested and investing in their energy.

This includes; understanding their energy profile through Human Design, frequency work, energy capacity work and regular sessions to clear or regulate energy like breath work, Reiki and cold water therapy.

Providing a better service to their clients

What stands the test of time in the service industry (from someone who worked in 5* hospitality for years🙋🏻‍♀️) is that taking care of their clients is of upmost importance. Those I interviewed said that anything that upgrades the client’s journey is a worthy investment.

This could look like better systems, better understanding of what your client needs, adding in elements that would elevate the customer experience like welcome gifts, paid sessions with other modalities that will allow more development for the client, guest experts etc.

So, whilst the market and the way potential clients are buying is very different, be sure that people are still investing, but in a more conscious and measured way.
