Journey through the Centers
Welcome, breathe a sigh of relief, you have arrived.
Back at the beginning of this year I had an intuitive nudge to create a space that guided others through each center alongside meditation. So that is what this is, a journey of not just intellectualising, but of sitting with, and sinking deeper into each energy center of the bodygraph. I hope you enjoy it.
